My boss has charged me 40 hours to a Christmas bonus, and I write a brief but pleasant thank you note. She is a doctor, and I'm giving a total of 10 employees, only a picture of the situation. Any ideas on how to give a big thank you?

To simplify your life, you should go to a shop where they had Hallmark cards. There are so many thank you cards for various occasions. Then you can use a little something of his own card.
