The equipment I need help with my 2007 Honda Accord

I bought two strips of light blue LEDs under the dash on the driver and front passenger asked. A friend recommended wiring for lighting in the cigarette lighter with a switch. I'm not sure how to do it, but I just know I want everything to be clean, with no cables hanging everywhere, and we want to be able to turn off the lights inside and out.

When it comes to music, I have some questions.
I'm a little short on money, so now I just install new speakers for now and wait until I have the money for a year.
